Terms of Service
These terms explain how CreatorFound operates, how platform credits and creator work are handled, and the responsibilities that apply when you use the service.
Breakout recommendation campaigns
A sponsored recommendation requires fresh public evidence of at least 500 views and 20 times the median views of five or more other recent same-format uploads, each aged at least seven days. Placement remains subject to current eligibility and topic matching. Launch reserves the chosen budget at 0.2 credits per valid click. One voluntary outbound click per distinct connected YouTube channel counts for each campaign; repeat, owner and mismatched clicks do not. Viewers receive no reward. A click records navigation intent, not a verified YouTube view, subscriber or outcome. Delivery depends on eligible audience availability and has no fixed completion deadline. The campaign stops at its purchased limit, can be paused, and can be cancelled to release unused credits. Sponsorship is labelled.
Brand directory access
A one-time brand access purchase unlocks the named subscriber range for the purchasing account while the service is available, without expiry or renewal charges. Other ranges require separate purchases. Membership follows the latest reported subscriber count and may change when creators grow, opt out, or become ineligible. Only opted-in adult creators with recently checked public statistics are listed. The fee covers directory access and reviewed introduction requests, not creator work, endorsements, responses, campaigns, views, or private audience data. Creator fees and deliverables require a separate agreement. Refunded or disputed purchases do not provide tier access.
The service
CreatorFound provides creator analytics based on authorized public YouTube data, planning tools, a closed credit economy, creator-to-creator workflows, public media kits, and selected commerce services. It does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, brand deals, or YouTube eligibility.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and age information, control the connected channel, protect your session, and comply with YouTube policies and applicable law. Some marketplace, sponsorship, cash, or payout functions require an 18+ gate and identity review.
Human-controlled YouTube actions
The core service requests read-only YouTube access. You remain responsible for every upload, post, comment, subscription, disclosure, and other action on YouTube. Coordinated manipulation, forced positive engagement, and deceptive promotion are prohibited.
Credits
Credits are a closed platform balance, not money, stored value, or a promise of cash. Campaign launch reserves credits. Approved work spends reserved credits. Eligible cancellation releases uncommitted escrow. Earned, purchased, promotional, and subscription credits may have separately disclosed expiry or refund terms.
Creator work and proof
Briefs must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and specific. Workers must submit genuine proof and retain required placements. Campaign requesters can track proof status but cannot approve or reject it. Assigned CreatorFound staff decide every proof, may use provider metadata as supporting evidence, reverse fraudulent rewards, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence.
Payments and cash earnings
Subscriptions, credit packs, expert services, managed campaigns, sponsor proceeds, referrals, and payouts are separately accounted. Payment success is determined by a verified provider event. Taxes, fees, reserves, minimums, identity review, and chargeback rules are disclosed before the applicable transaction.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for fraud, abuse, policy violations, legal risk, payment disputes, compromised accounts, or material breach. Account deletion follows the stated recovery and retention schedule; ledger, payment, safety, and legal records may be retained where required.
